Investment Routes
Citizenship of St Kitts & Nevis is granted by the Government upon approval by the Citizenship by Investment Unit, following rigorous due diligence. Applicants qualify through one of the approved investment routes.
A contribution to the national development fund, supporting climate resilience, healthcare, and education across the islands.
A contribution to an approved public benefit project delivering lasting infrastructure and employment to the Federation.
A unit in a government-approved development, resaleable after seven years.
An approved condominium from US$325,000 or a private home from US$600,000, held for seven years.
